Travel conditions for tourism agency ENJOY-GEORGIA 1. Registration With the travel registration, the customer accepts ENJOY-GEORGIA's binding offer to conclude a travel contract. The registration can be made in writing, electronically, orally or by telephone. The contract comes into effect with the acceptance by ENJOY-GEORGIA. The acceptance does not require a certain form. At or immediately after the conclusion of the contract ENJOY-GEORGIA will hand over or send a travel confirmation (booking confirmation with transfer form) to the customer. The date of the conclusion of the contract is the date indicated on the booking order next to the signature of the traveler. 2. Payment 2.1. After conclusion of the contract or receipt of the travel confirmation and transfer form, a deposit of 20% of the tour price is required to be paid, if no other deadline is set in the travel contract. 3. Service and price changes 3.1. In case of a significant increase in exchange rates or fuel costs after the conclusion of the travel contract, the travel price may be increased by ENJOY-GEORGIA. 4.1. The customer can cancel the trip at any time before the start of the trip, but appropriate compensation will be required. 4.2. The cancellation costs: From the conclusion of the contract until 30. day before the beginning of the trip 20% (deposit) 5. The minimum number of participants If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip can be cancelled by ENJOY GEORGIA (at least 30 days before the start of the trip). In this case the paid travel price will be fully refunded. If desired, the trip can be carried out for fewer participants for an appropriate surcharge. 6. Resignation and cancellation by ENJOY-GEORGIA 6.1 ENJOY-GEORGIA reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet the requirements for safety reasons (illness etc.) before the trip, at the place of implementation and during the tour. 6.2 If the traveler, regardless of a prior warning from the tour operator, causes a lasting disturbance, behaves destructively towards the country, the people or towards other tour participants, he/she can be excluded from the tour. In this case, ENJOY-GEORGIA's claim to the full tour price remains intact. 7. Cancellation of the contract due to extraordinary circumstances. If the trip is significantly impeded or endangered due to unforeseeable force majeure (e.g. war, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemic, travel warning), both the traveler and the tour operator may cancel the contract. 7.1. if such a case occurs before the trip: the travel client will be refunded 100% of the total amount transferred to the company account. 7.2. if such a case occurs during the trip: the organizer is obliged to take the necessary measures to transport the traveler back. Any additional costs for return transportation to the airport and additional/unplanned overnight stays shall be borne by the parties in equal parts, while the remaining additional costs, such as the costs for the return ticket, among others, shall be borne by the traveler. Any services that have not been used cannot be refunded. 9. Room requests On the trips organized by us the accommodation is on the basis of two-bed rooms. Of course, you can also order a single room for an additional charge. Since these are not always available in unlimited number, we recommend early booking. It is possible to book a triple room. Please keep in mind that this is very often a double room with an extra bed. 10. Travel smoke-free For the sake of your health and out of consideration for all passengers, smoking is not permitted on the buses during the trips. Since all trips include well-considered breaks, smokers will definitely also get time to smoke. 11. Lacks and defects Any problems during the trip must be reported to our tour guides immediately, as claims will not be accepted afterwards. The tour guide is not authorized to acknowledge claims or confirm defects. They are only entitled to take note of the defects and complaints and will forward them to the organizer. 12. Loss/theft The tour operator assumes no liability for valuables and other items of any kind that are stolen or lost during the trip. 13. Weather We assume no liability for changes in the program schedule due to bad weather. In our programs we point out suitable travel time and passability of the roads. Nevertheless, due to sudden changes in weather conditions, program changes may occur. Additional costs for necessary transfers and hotel changes (especially trekking & mountaineering) are to be borne by both parties equally. 14. Other terms 14.1. The mountain peoples, e.g., Svaneti, Tusheti, Khevsureti, live according to their own laws, which should be accepted. There are certain sacred places that can be entered only by men, this must be respected. |
